COMMISSION ORDER

The Commission heard the above styled cause on January 29, 2001 in the offices of the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission in Jackson, Mississippi on "Employer's Petition for Review of Decision of Administrative Judge".

Having heard the arguments offered on behalf of the parties and having thoroughly studied the recordand the applicable law, the Commission affirms the "Order Granting Claimant's Motion to Reinstate Claim" dated September 11, 2000.

SO ORDERED, this the 30th day of January, 2001.

ORDER GRANTING CLAIMANT'S MOTION TO REINSTATE CLAIM

THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the Claimant's Motion to Reinstate Claim. After considering the Motion and hearing the arguments of counsel, the Administrative Judge is of the opinion that said Motion is well-taken and should be granted.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Claimant's claim before the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission is hereby reinstated.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties shall have one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of this Order in which to complete discovery and schedule medical depositions.

IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Claimant shall have fifteen (15) days after the expiration of the discovery deadline in which to file a completed pretrial statement, and the Employer/Carrier shall have fifteen (15) days after the filing of the Claimant's completed pretrial statement to file a completed pretrial statement.

SO ORDERED AND ADJUDGED this the 11th day of September, 2000.
