BULLETIN TO ALL LICENSED PROPERTY AND CASUALTY COMPANIES

RE: RATE DECREASES

Effective February 1, 1998 any insurer subject to Sections 83-2-1 through 83-2-35 of the Mississippi Code can file for a rate decrease more than once in a twelve (12) month period. Full explanation and justification will need to accompany any proposed rate decrease, along with a completed Mississippi Worksheet.
