BULLETIN TO ALL LICENSED PROPERTY AND CASUALTY COMPANIES

RE: CHANGES IN LINES OF INSURANCE

Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, Section 83-19-1, Classification of insurance companies, (revised 1997) added the following new lines of insurance:

Other changes were:

Auto Physical Damage (26) and Auto Liability (27) were combined into one line: Automobile Physical Damage/ Automobile Liability (26).

You must make these changes on your company's renewal application and agents'
certificate of authority renewal list to become effective June 1, 1998, if your company is
transacting these lines of insurance.
