96-053-E     A legislator may not serve concurrently as a corporate counsel/government relations specialist/registered lobbyist for a corporation:
if the corporation contracts with the State as to do so would violate Constitutional Section 109 and §25-4-105(2).
as any action on his part to influence a decision of the Legislature of which he is a member would violate §25-4-105(3)(d).
