96-023-E    The county's circuit clerk may not simultaneously serve as the county's justice court clerk as it would violate §25-4-105(3)(a). [11, 17, 29]
96-069-E     A county board of supervisors may employ the child of the county's justice court clerk as a part time deputy justice court clerk. Cautioned regarding §25-4-101 and §25-4-105(1) and (5). [11, 14,29,31]
96-070-E     A justice court judge may not contract to serve as an auctioneer for a joint auction held by a municipality and the county the justice court judge is elected to serve because it would violate §25-4-105(3)(a). [9, 29]
96-074-E     A youth court prosecutor may take court appointed cases as a defendant's attorney in the justice court of the county he or she serves as the youth court prosecutor. Cautioned regarding §25-4-101 and §25-4-105(1). [1, 28, 29]
96-151-E     The simultaneous employment of an individual by the county board of supervisors as a part-time deputy justice court clerk and as a receiving clerk as anticipated and authorized in Code Section 31-7-118 does not as such violate the conflict of interest laws. Further, a part-time deputy justice court clerk may be employed as a part-time E-911 commission clerk as the two part-time positions are in separate authorities of the county government.
